A most important rule of tactics of CROBRAN:
DON’T GET
HURT, DON’T GET KILLED!
The tactic is the ability to always think and
act for as many steps as possible ahead of your opponent.
The tactic is an ability to outsmart your opponent on
all levels of fighting, training, and living.
CROBRAN TACTICS OF SURVIVING:
1. CONDITIONING
Without constant hard conditioning of body, mind, and spirit your techniques
will not work and will not save your life period. You have to train
hard-conditioning hard before you have a chance.
In Crobran your stamina, endurance, power endurance, power, explosive
power, power of repetitions, power of strikes, kicks, speed of strikes, kicks, and techniques, coordination, agility, quickness of thoughts and actions,
flexibility, and concentration are most important. If you do have only strength
and no stamina you will get hurt badly. This will happen because you cannot
fight for longer than one minute. If you don’t have specific Martial Arts endurance
you will get hurt.
If you cannot breathe and if you cannot withstand a huge
amount of physical stress from outside without fast fatigue you will get hurt
badly and possibly die from injuries. That’s why you have to consider your
training dead serious. Crobran is no recreation and if you want it to work, you
have to practice hard, really hard as ancient warriors did. All around the training
of every possible angle, skill and way are necessary to turn yourself into a self-confident standing tall last man/woman standing.
